Mr. McKnight has over 38 years of experience in investment banking and institutional trading/sales, advising domestic municipalities, pension funds, insurance companies and foreign central banks. While still a partner at Vining Sparks, IBG (retired in 2015), a regional investment banking firm, he joined the partnership group in forming RREAF in 2010. As the company’s corporate President, his primary focus is on business strategy and development and working with institutional capital partners and HNW/RIA investors, along with, serving as lead partner in various RREAF-sponsored projects.

Andrea Propp is Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Fund Management at IceCap Group, a New York-based family office private lender. Since its inception in 2017, IceCap has originated $3.8 billion across 4,300+ private residential real estate loans, specializing in Residential Transition Loans for multifamily properties. Andrea built IceCap's loan fund platform, which has raised approximately $140 million and delivered mid-teens net-of-fees performance over the past 5+ years.
In her role, Andrea identifies strategic partnerships and investment opportunities while managing relationships with family office and high-net-worth partners. She previously worked in business development and fundraising for hedge funds Jamison Capital and LibreMax, and began her career on the commodities trading floor at Goldman Sachs in 2010.

Mario Matavesco has over 30 years of experience in the wine industry, starting as a sommelier in Newport Beach before becoming a wine distributor in Los Angeles. Returning to Newport Beach, he worked at the Pacific Club before launching his own venture as a Personal Sommelier, blending his expertise with personalized wine education.
Mentored by Rene Chazottes and inspired by Michelin-starred Chef Paul Bocuse, Mario emphasizes the artistry and connection wine fosters. He also advocates for accessible wine education, simplifying the complex world of wine for everyday enthusiasts.
Now, as Director of Wine Investments at Terra Rossa, Mario offers expert guidance to elevate clients' wine experiences.
Ben joined Crystal View Capital in June 2024 to lead capital formation strategies and strengthen investor relationships. With over a decade of experience in financial services and investor relations, he brings expertise in real estate and a proven track record of cultivating investor confidence.
Nathan is an Associate at IceCap Group focused on real estate investment analysis, due diligence, and investor relations. His background spans private equity, VC, and commercial banking, with a finance degree from Western New England University.

Ben Rubenstein is a principal member of Setpoint Capital, as well as President of Setpoint Technologies Inc. Prior to Setpoint, Ben served as Chief Revenue Officer of realtor.com, the second largest real estate portal in the country with over 100mm visitors each month. Ben is also a board member or advisor to multiple proptech companies, including Homeward, Fello, FoxyAI, Realocity, Sunroom, and CASA of Travis County, a charitable organization focused on at-risk youth. Previously, as a founder of Yodle, Ben grew the company to over 1,500 employees and 60,000 small business customers, resulting in a $342 million exit. In 2015 Ben founded Opcity, and as CEO he scaled the organization to over 700 employees, over 100,000 agents, and a $210 million exit. Ben has been recognized as a member of the INC 30 under 30, the Empact 100, Austin Inno's 50 on Fire, and Austin Business Journal’s Best CEOs. He was also named an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year, was an “Austin Under 40” award winner, was named “Austinite of the Year” in 2020, and was recognized as a C-Suite Leader of the Year at the Austin A-List Awards in 2024. He holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
Bo spearheads strategic growth opportunities across DLP Capital's family of companies. He is an experienced senior executive passionate about impact investing and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colorado State University, a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
Early in his career, Bo was an investment banker at J.P. Morgan in New York City and a Fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board. Seven years later, he and his wife co-founded Denali Venture Philanthropy to support global positive change through their business experience.
Bo is an accomplished high-altitude ski mountaineer and one of approximately 100 Americans to have climbed all Seven Summits. He has authored the book "Die Trying: One Man's Quest to Conquer the Seven Summits" and contributed to "They Lived to Tell the Tale: True Stories of Mountain Adventure from the Legendary Explorers Club." Bo participates in speaking engagements domestically and internationally, is a British American Project Fellow and member of the Explorers Club, and serves on the board of directors for several companies and nonprofit organizations. At age 30, Dave committed to creating true financial freedom for his family through investing in passive income real estate.

Shane Heizer is a Wealth Advisor based in Atlanta, Georgia. His entrepreneurial journey began at age 8 with a 4-H cattle project that evolved into a premier Angus operation. At 12, he began investing in the stock market, starting with Apple Inc., which he has never sold.
Shane's approach to client relationships centers on mutual success and incremental progress. Ashley Sowers is a Partner and Wealth Advisor in Hagerstown, Maryland, with 25 years of experience in financial coaching, risk management, real estate, banking, and tax efficiency. Her passion for finance was inspired by her grandmother and has driven her mission to help others build wealth.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Frostburg State University and an MBA in Finance from Mount St. Mary's University. She has obtained her Series 6, 63, and 65 registrations and is pursuing a Tax Planning Certification from The American College of Financial Services.

Charlie serves as Vice President – Capital Formation based in Chicago, responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment themes, monitoring existing investments, and facilitating co-investment opportunities with family offices, registered investment advisors, and institutions.
He has experience in asset management, business development, and investment banking, beginning his career at Dimensional Fund Advisors and most recently working in Baird's Consumer Investment Banking Group, where he focused on M&A advisory for consumer companies.
Charlie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Accounting from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and is a CFA charterholder and member of the CFA Society of Chicago. He enjoys spending time with his family and dog, and is an active sports enthusiast.
Jill serves as Vice President – Capital Formation. She facilitates the ability of outside investors including family offices, registered investment advisors, and institutions to co-invest with the firm and our principals & shareholders.
Prior to joining CAZ, Jill was the Venture Principal at Capital Factory, the most active early-stage venture capital firm in Texas since 2010, where she launched the Texas Fund and was responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities.
Jill graduated from Babson College in Wellesley, MA with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Data Analytics. Though originally from Dallas, Jill has lived in Chattanooga, Boston, New York, and now calls Austin home. Outside of her work, Jill fosters dogs through Austin Pets Alive, is an active angel investor, and enjoys hiking, skiing, running, and travel.
Jeffrey serves as the Director of Capital Markets, where he sources all of Harbor Capital’s debt and equity, and also oversees the Investor Relations team. A lifelong entrepreneur, his experience includes the acquisition and operation of a DFW self-storage portfolio, raising capital at a private investment bank, and building processes and technology to remotely manage and sell a portfolio of more than 10,000 single-family homes across the United States. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Abilene Christian University and resides in Austin, Texas with his wife and three children.
Levi is a seasoned real estate investor with over two decades of experience in real estate private equity, development, and asset management. Prior to founding Harbor Capital, Levi oversaw the acquisition, development, and management of over $400M in real estate properties across multiple asset classes, including $250M in multi-family assets developed for the US State Department. Levi is skilled at identifying unique opportunities buried deep out of reach. He is committed to seeking conservative deal structures that help mitigate risk and maximize returns for investors.
Beth Fenton is the Vice President of Client Development on RREAF Holdings’ Capital Markets team, where she contributes to working with new and existing investors to optimize their investment strategy and portfolios.
Prior to joining RREAF Holdings in 2025, Beth worked at Bradford Companies and, prior to that, at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas and KPMG.
