Hotel
If you are staying with us at the hotel, check-in begins at 4:00pm. Please let us know if you need an earlier check-in time, and
We will confirm availability with the hotel to accommodate your request. Check-out is at 11:00am. If you are departing on the
last day of the conference, after the check-out time, please let our event planners know when you check in at our registration
table on Sunday night so they can plan to hold your luggage in a secure area.

Transportation
If you are driving in, or renting a car, the hotel has valet service and on-site self-parking. The daily rate for valet is $47.00 and
for self-parking the fee is $39.00. There will not be group transportation to off-site activities. If you drove a car, please let us
know if you are willing to transport other guests to the off-site dinner on Monday and off-site lunch on Tuesday. If you did not
drive, we highly suggest you prebook your Uber ride to avoid waiting for your ride.

Event Check In
Please be sure to check in at our event registration to receive your credentials. Our events team will be available for early
check-in, located in the foyer of the ballroom (1st floor of the hotel) on Sunday from 4:00pm – 5:00pm. If you are unable to join
us for the Welcome Reception, there will be a registration table in the foyer of the ballroom on Monday & Tuesday morning
from 8:00am – 9:30am.

The attire for this conference is business casual.
